The Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, public, non-profit organization designed to administer inclusive employee disaster relief and hardship funds in compliance with GDPR and IRS regulations.

Please note our organization does not:

  • Administer small business/non-profit loans or grants.
  • Administer financial assistance to applicants not included in our Fund Partners’ Charitable Class.
    - If you are not sure if your company partners with EAF, please review our Fund Portals page to see if your organization’s Fund is listed.
