1. A Dedicated Relief Fund Senior Advisor
Each relief fund that is established at Emergency Assistance Foundation is assigned a dedicated Relief Fund Senior Advisor (RFSA). These relief fund experts act as the Fund Partner’s main point of contact and provide guidance not only through the onboarding and launch process, but throughout the life of the fund. Our RFSAs provide expert insight and implement best practices for maximizing fund success, like increasing applications, launching and promoting the fund internally, increasing donations to the fund, and more.
2. Configurable Fund Website
Each relief fund administered by Emergency Assistance Foundation has a standalone website where team members can access the grant application and links to donate to the fund. This makes donating to the fund and applying for financial assistance quick and simple. Additionally, each website includes fund FAQS, a live chat feature, which allows applicants to interact directly with our Applicant Support team, and other important resources.
3. Fund Partner Portal
The Fund Partner Portal is a comprehensive relief fund resource hub—exclusively available to our Fund Partners. Our recently revamped portal provides partners with access to a wealth of insightful resources to boost fundraising and fund engagement - including curated eBooks and toolkits, communication samples, marketing material, webinars and an interactive forum for networking and exchanging ideas with peers.
5. Additional Support Services
Emergency Assistance Foundation also provides additional support services to all Fund Partners. This includes supplemental employee engagement, awareness, and participation services. For applicants that are not awarded a grant, we still strive to provide access to local resources via our EAFResources.org website.
