Michelle joined Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) in 2020 with over 14 years’ experience as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional in the hospitality industry where she led initiatives in philanthropy, social governance, disaster response, charitable partnerships, and employee engagement. Michelle has a passion for employer-sponsored disaster and hardship relief funds, having previously served as the President of the Starwood Associate Relief Fund, Inc. and later the Marriott TakeCare Relief Fund, Inc. (TCRF).
