L3Harris Emergency Assistance Fund

The L3Harris Emergency Assistance Fund was created to help L3Harris employees who are facing financial hardship as a result of federally declared natural disasters or by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The L3Harris Emergency Assistance Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from the L3Harris Foundation to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others, can provide the help a fellow employee needs when facing the unexpected.
